“It was good to use the convenience store right below and the laundry across the street. It is also close to Fifth Avenue. But it was uncomfortable because there was no microwave and mini refrigerator, and the water pressure was not good. ”

“The staff are second to none! Very courteous, extremely helpful, and very sincere about the service they provide. I had a question about their services, and contacted one of the concierges, who got right back to me on his day off! Very impressive going above and beyond. The food and entertainment was fantastic! The grounds were always being kept up, and everone was so accommodating to ensure our time was maximized for relaxation and no time waiting in lines for anything! Looking forward to going...

“They removed water bottles from the room. They no longer stick the fridge with soda,beer and goodies. Other than that we had a wonderful time. People put towels on chairs around the pool and beach at daylight than don’t use them till late in the day. The security lady could monitor that rather than worry about where chairs are located on the beach”
