"Staff was wonderful, great customer service, they really want to make you feel welcome and it shows from the moment you enter the property with the guys welcoming you when you get out the taxi, front desk personnel, the lobby area, elevators, gardens, restaurants, beaches, halls were always clean, if it rained that area was immediately being cleaned, the only thing I noticed was inconsistency with working electrical escalators, I only saw both escalators working once. ( It's the first impression you get from the hotel when you arrive from a long flight, even though the staff is ready to assist you, the hotel as a building and maintenance should look ready also...it's a small thing but I think it's an important one). At the Buffet restaurant Edgar was amazing, he remembered what we liked to drink from the first time! I mean, he's assisting so many guests all day long and he treats you and welcomes you in such pleasant way first thing in the morning until 11:00 pm at night as if he wasn't tired, with a smile in his face, he's just great. Concepcion did a great job cleaning our room also, we met her for a second but she was sweet and smiley face. Henry at the front desk was very helpful moving us to a different room, we for some reason didnt care for our first room, we prefered the Moon Tower, it seemed more open and lighter somehow and he was able to find us a room we liked much better. We appreciated all the staff and can't wait to see you again!"

"Great staff, Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Alejandro and his his servers were amazing. Ladies at kids club were very helpful and kids loved the activities. Great dinnning options and loved the seafood variety. Only issue for us was booking dinner at reasonable times since they would book up fast. "

"We had a great time! Women do walk around topless so make sure you are good with that. Food and room service and staff are great! If you have a hard time getting a reservation for "she" just show thw the host a 20 and your in if there's room. Great show..if you wanna party this is the place"

"Loved everything about this resort. We stayed in building 5 and initially thought we’d want to move closer to the main pools as others had suggested, but we quickly found we enjoyed the quieter room area when we wanted it. "

"They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. For 3 ppl or less is better the airport transportation with the hotel, the rate is better than the taxi outside. The shops inside for jewelry and other items are terribly expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we will definitely return."
