"We stayed here in Nov 2024 for our first 3 nights in Tokyo. Hotel is in an excellent location next to Shinjuku station. The staff are friendly, helpful and English speaking. They sorted out luggage storage and delivery to Kyoto no problem. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was large and firm with space to walk round either side of the bed. "The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. In a quiet area, conveniently near, 2 train stations. With a wonderful view of the city and bay Area. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms nice and tidy on a daily basis. There’s a shopping mall, cinema, and food court behind the hotel. One thing to keep in mind, it is a bit out of the way from central Tokyo. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots. "

"The Blossom Hibiya was located very conveniently to Shimbashi station. The hotel lobby was spacious and roomy and had a great view of the city. The daily breakfast was so good. It had both Japanese and western cuisine. Having the laundry machine was also convenient but the wait time of the machines were long (due to demand) also because the dryer didn’t seem to dry the clothes quickly (both washer and dryer are done in the same machine - soap is provided automatically in the machine so no need...

"Nice hotel to stay in. Staff were really polite and helpful. Lots of food options and convenience stores close by. The shower is too short for a tall person and the pillows could be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay."

"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B. We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you. "
