“The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. “The Crown seems a bit tired and we felt we didn’t want to eat an evening meal there. The accommodation was lovely and clean and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. If staying bring your own pillows. The breakfast was basic but the landlady was lovely. We stayed because we had been at a funeral in Swaffham and visiting Sandringham.”

“Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. ”

“Wir waren zu dritt zu einem Konzert angereist, das in unmittelbarer Nähe stattfand. Man befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Bahnhof zu Fuß = 20 Min. Als ich mich fragte, ob es im Hotel Handtücher gäbe (ja!), stieß ich im Netz auf Beurteilungen, die "ungenügend" waren, also eine glatte sechs. Kritik: Kein Frühstück und viel zu laut. Ja, es gab auch für uns kein Frühstück, was wir aber ohnehin dort nicht eingeplant hatten. Es gibt unzählige Cafés (u.a. auch Starbucks) in der Nachbarschaft,...

“We stayed for one night while on business The building is a quirky old place and had been a school! The large rooms have been divided into a number of cosy well appointed rooms Check in was self service and very well organised Ordering breakfast was via a well designed form Lisa and Phil are lovely and we met them at breakfast! “Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!! We spent our first evening at a local pub then walked home with a takeaway, next day at the market and shopped around the village. Cooked some amazing steaks from the butchers.
