"The property was nice and the experience was elevated with the diamond club. The servers at times were rude. The steakhouse was the worst service of all. Our butler Gina was amazing !!! Room service was very very poor, only having cold pizza and brownies available in the menus with a 45 min delivery. Facilities were nice and clean. 7out of 10 would recommend for a quick get away but definitely not for a long week stay. "

"Dated rooms with AC not as cold as you'll want, I asked to change rooms because of a mold smell but was not able to get one, they just sprayed an Air Freshener that smelled like Vicks. Also, I tried to get an upgrade as a VIP benefit several times and they always seemed to never have anything available. What was the point of being a VIP on Expedia? Other than that everything else was great. "
