We had a very relaxing holiday at this beautiful resort. The food was great - lots of fresh salads, fruits, fish and meat and the selection at every meal was amazing. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk El Baso were very accommodating. David and his partner were wonderful yoga instructors. Amanda from the activities was very fun and led a fun aqua- exercise class. We enjoyed the restaurants and the coffee place. The smoothies were fresh and taste delicious. Some guests were feeding the wildlife which came out at dusk which was not appropriate- I thought people knew better these days. Like other beaches up the coast and elsewhere the sargassum washed up on the beach but the hotel staff were right on top of it cleaning it all up everyday. We would definitely stay at this resort again. It offered excellent value.

We had a great time at Ocean Coral & Turquesa Resort. The property was so convenient and the staff was awesome - especially Gustavo and Alejandro at the swing up bar - both barmen were outstanding. Our bellman Lenin was also first class. We would defiantly return to this resort.

Our butler Carlos was awesome he made us dinner reservations every night checked up on us 2 to 3 times a day. His service was outstanding and made every thing wonderful for us. Jose the pool towel guy at the adult pool was awesome. He made sure we had chair's reserved everyday checked on several times a day to make sure we hade everything we needed. Both of these guys made our trip wonderful.

Our expectations were met and then some at the Ocean Coral and Turquesa resort. The service and amenities were all top notch, and the staff were beyond friendly and professional. Every meal experience was top quality, and the options were diverse and plentiful. Pools and beach were well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable.

This was a fun clean vacation hotel and we were here over New Years! There were lots of dining options and we were lucky that we booked through Expedia, so we had the benefit of having a concierge that booked our restaurants for us. Other people who didn't have this found it difficult to book restaurants. The pools and beach were lovely and there was lots of action happening at one of the pools all day. Lots of daily activities were for the privileged section only which I didn't love. The other thing that wasn't great was the night entertainment. I would rate that about a 6/10 to 7/10 most nights. There were a couple of good bands that they had. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were really nice, big, and clean. Great coffee shop. Beach was nice, pools were clean, and really nice. There were lots of chairs at all places, but you still had to head out quite early to get a spot everyday, likes most hotels. We were 3 families that traveled together with teenagers and we all had a great time! New years was a blast. We would return again.

Very nice hotel for the price you pay. Drinks were great food was decent, especially hibachi was a great experience and really good food. Bar was fun and had excellent staff shoutout to Eduardo he was the best and made our experience even better! Had a really good fire show one night as well. It seems as if this place has seen better days. Food was average, half of it is either not labelled, or mislabeled. They evidently prioritize cost-cutting over service, to maximize profits. The only highlights was the entertainment, which was well organized and had good variety and quality.
