“Hit really lucky weather wise it was a beautiful weekend, B&B is in excellent location just a stones throw from Ambleside town we checked in efficiently with Jo who is really warm and welcoming - room was comfortable and well presented with everything we needed. Spent 2 lovely days around Ambleside with a great breakfast to set us up each day. Would recommend and return.”

“We went as a family of 4 and our stay was great. No problem at all except we got a bit cold at night, but that’s it! Everything else was great. We got free parking just up the road courtesy of the b&b management and breakfast was also included, which wasn’t mentioned on the initial booking. So bonuses all round really!”

“The location was very good & the hotel provided a parking permit for the pay & display car park across the street. Room was small which was fine but the en suite bathroom is not even a little bit sound proof so doesn't leave much to the imagination! The water pressure for the shower wasn't great & the water stopped intermittently whilst in the shower. Breakfast was nice but limited to full English, salmon & scrambled eggs or pancakes with maple syrup. ”
