“Very friendly hotel located just outside of the main town centre. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, and the welcome by the host was excellent. The whole hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower bathroom, and a good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property is in an ideal location for access to the town pubs and restaurants in ambleside with free parking close by ,the property is well presented and clean throughout our room was spotless with tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, and tasty varied breakfast we would return with no hesitation well done to the owners megan and john”

“Lovely coay B&B. Decor is modern but in theme with the lake district. Lots of little home comforts included. The owners are very friendly and cant do enough for you. Breakfast was very good and all cooked to order with a hige range to choose from. Rooms are lovely and its in a great location. free parking too which is a big plus point.”

“Hosts were as welcoming as ever. ”

“We went as a family of 4 and our stay was great. No problem at all except we got a bit cold at night, but that’s it! Everything else was great. We got free parking just up the road courtesy of the b&b management and breakfast was also included, which wasn’t mentioned on the initial booking. So bonuses all round really!”

“Wonderful welcome, clean warm room. Good breakfast included vegitarian options. ”

“The location was very good & the hotel provided a parking permit for the pay & display car park across the street. Room was small which was fine but the en suite bathroom is not even a little bit sound proof so doesn't leave much to the imagination! The water pressure for the shower wasn't great & the water stopped intermittently whilst in the shower. Breakfast was nice but limited to full English, salmon & scrambled eggs or pancakes with maple syrup. ”
