“The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! ”

“Amazing stay! First time and loved it. The sauna was fun and relaxing. Came in on a Sunday after a long cruise and partner and I wanted to stay one more evening in Miami. We got to Gaythering early so we were allowed to store our luggage very easily. Osvaldo was so helpful and friendly during our check in. The Sunday Funday vibes were top notch! The sauna took a bit of navigating since it is so dark. Loved it. Would definitely book with yall next we come to Miami. We would have stayed longer for...

“We traveled to Miami for a Bowl Game. The InterContinental was really nice. Rooms were comfy. Facilities were great. Location was wonderful. We will be back! ”

“Needs some “tender lovin care” Pool doesn’t look inviting and the restaurant was closed. Hotel is large, not many customers but could be the time of year. Staff is very pleasant. We stayed here for the convenience from Military base and Killeen airport shuttle. ”

“Older hotel but still nice. I was charged 10 bucks a night to park in a normal, non covered, mall type parking lot. I even had to put a tag on my vehicle. No security or anything to deserve a 10 dollar a night charge. Other than that, great stay. ”
