Did not care for the timeshare solicitation. Just want to enjoy my vacation and instead we get bombarded by sales pitches. Hotel room floor was very dirty. My feet were black just from walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Poor signage. Water park was decent. Was nice to have food options on sight, but quite pricy. Wouldnā€™t stay here again

The room i stayed in was full of ants. The tub had hair in it upon arrival and after the house keeping came to ā€œclean itā€. No wash cloths was provided. It took house keeping two hours to bring wash cloths to my room after a ticket was put in and they lied and said it was delivered and never brought them to my room. The 2bd room suite is very small and doesnā€™t come with a kitchenette. Other hotels Iā€™m been in the suites are much spacious and provides a kitchenette. The arcade is not included in the resort fee.

I liked the property. I always wanted to check this place out. We come to Orlando often, and decided this time we would. The rooms are nice and clean the beds are comfortable. The market place is nice. They have a great game room and nice food choices that aren't expensive. The breakfast in the am is awesome. So many choices. The pool and water park is really nice. My younger kids liked it. Pool bar is good the drinks are expensive though. The burger bar and ice-cream is a cool easy for lunch and snacks. Overall, its really nice. Not huge and hard to get around. The market place is a really good idea. I would stay here again for sure

We checked in close to 12am after the flight, walked to the building a realized people was walking up by stairs, no one had informed us that the elevator for our building was not in service. We walked with our two little girls and 4 luggages going around and around 3 buildings and had no clue how to go up. Had to cal the front desk and was told that we had to go to another elevator that if far away from our room. On the way to the room found out so many rooms are still available but they still gave us the highest floor. Buildings are really old. Water park looks nice even we didnā€™t have time to play there.

The hotel was not what the pictures featured the room was small and felt dirty. The dresser was missing a chunk the towels were dirty. The parking lot did not feel safe we would come back late from Disney and always ran into random homeless on the property. One big thing is they had no life jackets for small children, and the water was freezing cold. We arrived early and they front desk was rude and not helpful. Overall this hotel was terrible

I stayed at a hotel for the Pop Warner Nationals Cheer competition and encountered several issues that need addressing. After paying nearly $300 for a three-night stay, I was unexpectedly hit with an additional $250 charge for resort fees and parking, which I was not informed about in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM, hoping for an early check-in, understanding that regular check-in was until 4 PM. After waiting in line, the first clerk informed me that my room was still being cleaned and that I would receive a text when it was ready. However, I returned at 3 PM, stood in line for 30 minutesā€”due to only two clerks being availableā€”and was told my room was still not ready. I was assured I was in the queue for the text. By 4:30 PM, past the designated check-in time, I returned to the lobby, still without any notification. This time, there were now three clerks, and after navigating through another long line, I finally received my keys just before 5 PM. While breakfast was said to be included, it turned out to be $26 per person. If you paid at check-in, it was $23. This lack of clarity is frustrating. Once I entered the room, I noticed several issues. The wooden vinyl flooring was loose and bubbled up in multiple spots. The lighting was extremely dim; I had to turn on every light just to achieve basic visibility. The TV's speakers were malfunctioning; even at full volume, it was difficult to hear. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it was spinning backwar

The property charges a resort fee and offers a bunch of dining options and disney shuttle service. Two restaurants never opened and the others closed by 6 pm. The disney shuttle ran in the morning and the last returning shuttle was 530 pm. So you can get to Disney but have to find your own way back (good luck if you have kids in car seats). There is also staff working at the Hershey ice cream bar that spends more time flirting with the guy running the gift shop then taking care of customers.
