No cart to carry luggage they been doing construction for over a year i had to walk in heels with my luggage went up seven flights of stairs twice in heels carring heavy luggage i went down to the bar the food was horrible but the staff was nice went back to my room to shower someone was trying to get in twice i got dressed and turned in my key and left i was ill i have medical issue i was starving sweating and in a suit and geels was there for business absolute nightmare i couldn't get out any quicker

Had to wear socks - carpet felt sticky. Cold outside, so we used the (stinky) heat which creates HEAVY condensation dripping down the walls. The bathroom door gets stuck on the toilet. The microwave and fridge are in the bathroom area. Construction on one of the complex's buildings starts jackhammering at 8am.

There were rodents in our air conditioner scratching ant it all night and we did not have heat the first night. Property manager Patrick Pilorge was rude and blatantly told us he was not going to compensate for the discrepancies.
