"It was a classic accommodation situated in the heart of Eastbourne Pier. The relatively affordable price came with its fair share of advantages. Appearing to cater to a senior clientele, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and stable. However, the service from the staff was not exceptional. When I requested improvements regarding excessive noise from the neighboring guest, the staff responded with a rather closed-off attitude, stating, 'The law in this country allows for music to be played until 11 PM.' I understand, but that's the same in my country too!!! However, the noise from that guest was truly excessive. Shortly after, another hotel staff member came directly to the room to politely address the issue, probably because of continued complaints from other guests."
