"This is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise our of Southampton. The staff are great. I appreciated their welcome gift, as I was celebrating my birthday. Check in took a second and we were in our room minutes after arriving in Southampton. This is just a few minutes away from the cruise terminal, the train station and the bus station. "Great night away for wife’s birthday. Gave a free upgrade to deluxe room. Very comfortable bed, made use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Bar on top floor is excellent with an incredible view. Duck fries are very special!"
