Location is great. Staff is very helpful. But lately calls to front desk take much longer to get answered. So that was a bit disappointing. I had to call 5 times and none of the calls were answered. Eventually I went downstairs to speak with the staff.
Also there was no bottled water in the room. I appreciate the eco-friendly choice to avoid plastic bottles, but it would be helpful to offer water pitchers to guests that can be kept in the fridge to provide access to cold water.

The tram ride had a narrative that was constant and somewhat over the top. Hiking through the zoo at night, however, was really different and memorable. Night Safari does a good job setting up lighting and feeding so that you see lots of animals.
