“Beautiful property. Options for meals excellent. Buffet had sooo many options... Staff willing to cook you anything, grill u steak, shrimp, pork, etc. Need new pickleball paddles... Several are no good. Staff at courts not friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Gym busy and well used. Drinks inconsistent in alcohol amount... Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. ...

“From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. They helped with anything and everything we could ask for when it came to dining and activities (like the catamaran). And house keeping was more than on top of their job. They came by twice a day to check the room and turn down the bed plus the mini fridge stayed stock. Thanks for the birthday cake and champagne as well!”

“The property is well maintained with friendly staff. It’s a great property for pure relaxation with things to do. Amazing shows, different food accommodations and a view to love. I had the swim up suite and it provide somewhat privacy when you don’t want to deal with too many people. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“Very good for a first time visitor to Jamaica. Liked the trip from the airport and back to see the countryside. Once you relax like a Jamaican, you treat the staff with respect and try to make out the Patois between hosts. Great gym but could use a few more items like ski ergs and steel kettlebells. Great food and lots of it. Coffee bar was well appreciated just after an early walk on the beach. ”
