“Property was fine but very expensive for everything.”

“The only complaint I had with Bahia Principe Luxury is the room. The walls/door did not block any sound at all. We heard people walking, talking, yelling, etc all night long. Then in the morning we would hear the staff talking to each other across the hall. It sounded like they were pretty much inside our room. That, plus the constant loud music/entertainment at the pool was ultra annoying. We requested to move rooms, which we were granted. But unfortunately, the doors/walls were still paper...

“Beautiful property. Options for meals excellent. Buffet had sooo many options... Staff willing to cook you anything, grill u steak, shrimp, pork, etc. Need new pickleball paddles... Several are no good. Staff at courts not friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Gym busy and well used. Drinks inconsistent in alcohol amount... Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. ...

“Some employees very unresponsive but Still a great location and nice place to stay. Wine hour is great but limited wine supply. Coffee needs to be improved but is free.”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
