“Beautiful property. Options for meals excellent. Buffet had sooo many options... Staff willing to cook you anything, grill u steak, shrimp, pork, etc. Need new pickleball paddles... Several are no good. Staff at courts not friendly. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Gym busy and well used. Drinks inconsistent in alcohol amount... Wish they used a measuring device and made stronger for those desiring such. Coffee super strong and not like American coffee anywhere at resort. ...

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“The Wave Hotel was well located - easy walk to the beach and La plazita. Short cab ride to T-Mobile district, Walmart and Old San Juan. The customer service and housekeeping was second to none. Only minor issues include the hot tube was not working, towels were quite old and thin and the pillows should be replaced. Otherwise a great experience. Will rebook when I revisit Puerto Rico. ”
