"El hotel presenta vieja estructura, lo cual no esta mal si le dieran el mantenimiento adecuado. Lo malo es que el agua no llega con la adecuada presion a la ducha en la segunda planta del hotel, lo que tomar un baño fue demasiado difícil y se demoro bastante tiempo. El area del sanitario parecia que se estaba callendo, ya que el piso estaba quebrado y al estar en segunda planta, se inclino considerablemente hacia un lado. "Beautiful property with amazing, large rooms. Great patio with chairs and a swing bed. Large bathroom with a great shower, water pressure and hot water! Property was amazing with lots of trails and animals. Only downside was the transportation option offered by the lodge itself was very limited - they should offer more boat transfers from the mainland. And install blackout curtains in the rooms - made it impossible to nap in the afternoons! "

"The staff was supposed to get back to me regarding additional reservations. I still have not heard back from them. Further, it’s very difficult to reach the front desk from an external phone. I tried to reach them because I had left my water shoes behind and wanted to let them know to keep it safely so that I can pick it up later. I found it very difficult to access the front desk phone number."
