Only issues I had were that I unaware I had to use room card to access floor on elevator. Other issue is was that room had only bar of soap for bathroom and shower."

"Beautiful, classic hotel in the heart of San Francisco. We went during. Thanksgiving and it was already beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was spectacular with a stunning Christmas tree in the lobby and a walkable ginger bread house - perfect for the kiddos to explore! There was ven a Moēt & Chandon cart in the lobby to welcome guests with a glass of champagne. The room was beautiful with an incredible walk in closet! The location is perfect in Nob Hill, a gorgeous neighborhood in the heart of San Francisco. Wonderful to walk around in the morning. There was. A great coffee shop in the hotel that also had a classic, old school vibe. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! "

"This is right in the middle of fisherman’s wharf. Lots to do. And the big bus tour is next door as well. This was our main transportation for our week stay in SF. Big bus tour will take you to all the main attractions thru out the city! Highly recommend "
