"The stay here was unlike anything we have ever experienced in any other JW Marriott properties. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dining was exquisite. Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Live music and jazz club on site. Overall, it will be a worthwhile destination when in Vietnam for any traveler. "

"The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of old Town, so it was nice to be away from the constant beeping of traffic. But it is only around £3 to take a Grab taxi to get to Old Town. We were able to check in a couple of hours early and they said we can have complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was a nice as it was not mentioned in the hotel description.
