“Very nice staffs. Hotel is in the heart of Hanoi. It's walking distance from everywhere. But it's also quiet, so you can take a rest from all honking noise.”

“only 2nd floor has a balcony, so I was the lucky one to get the balcony. The bed is quite high so I put some effort to go up to the bed. Room was clean, the staffs were always willing to help you, and the breakfast was fresh and warm. Location is nice since it's located in the old quarter area. The sink in a bathroom was kind of broken so the water often won't go down, but it was bearable for me. Hot shower available, which was so great beacause the weather of Hanoi in March is quite chilly.”
