"Very great clean place to stay first time in japan"

"Lovely hotel. Only downfall was they kept turning off my heat (in the winter) amd turning on the air?? Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"

"Nice and new property in a good location. Staff’s English is not as good and aren’t as friendly as other 5 star hotels. The room is really nice, quiet and has a great view. However, for the price the room is quite small compared to other hotels with the same nightly rate. It would be nicer to have a bigger room. The view of the city is great. "

"Executive floor is very good and can get excellent services, however this hotel has almost 1000 rooms which is alway cloud and if the event is going on within this area, more people will there. "

"I am very pleased with my stay. I chose compact room for one. It was small as described but space was very functional. Nice hot shower. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Very close to all the action but yet quiet. "

"The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."
