"Excellent location and well kept beautiful historical building. Most staffs were great. A few not so great experiences. I’m not sure where I was supposed to take advantage of ‘one free drink’ for VIP access. Not offered anywhere. Overall, great stay. "

"Walking distance to fisherman wraf, great staff, 2 game areas for the kiddos, and an outdoor heated pool. Pool was still to cold for us but we’re from the Central Valley and aren’t use to coast weather. Kids enjoyed the stay, they have vending machines with snacks and sandwiches, plus a full bar and snack bar with food like salads and other stuff. Just wish our room came with fridge or a microwave. You pay extra for parking and extra for amenities so be prepared. We stayed during the week and...

"Great hotel excellent to decompress after a long flight"

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The area feels safe, especially compared to other parts of San Francisco. However, it can get quite noisy at night—particularly if you’re staying in a city-view room. These rooms are more expensive and face the back of the hotel, overlooking the Hyatt. If you’re a light sleeper, be warned: the 4 a.m. garbage collections are loud enough to wake you up daily. Bring earplugs or choose a room away from the street if you value your sleep"

"We stayed for our anniversary and to go to the Cherry Blossom Festival. I must say that Yesha & Angel at the front desk were very nice! Once we got to our room, Yesha brought up a bottle of champagne & champagne glasses with a Happy Anniversary card signed by her. That was so very nice of her. The hotel was beautiful with all the yellow and gold colors. The theme of the hotel is pineapples. They even had bathrobes in the room. The bed was comfortable. "Very interesting old building that has all the comforts you need. Fun decor and very friendly staff. Also you can grab some items from the breakfast buffet, pay for them individually and go! "

"The property is situated on the back bay and end of SF airport runway so lots of view to be had. The surrounding area appears to be hotels. Easy access to freeway to airport and SF. Pleasant staff. area appears to be safe."

"After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully). Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location....
