There were fireplace areas that were for guests that were open and accessible to the public. A homeless person walked in and harassed us and other guests while we were trying to sit by the fire and relax. The male bartender was probably the most amazing bartender we have ever had. There were limited channels on the tv. There was no access to streaming platforms like Netflix or Hulu. The bathroom was small and cramped for a king sized room. We had to keep our window blinds closed the entire time as our room was on the first floor and could easily be seen from the sidewalk. The sidewalk was busy with pedestrians all day and all night that were noisy and disruptive to our downtime enjoyment. Raw bacon was served one morning for the breakfast buffet.

We stayed there over the New Year and really enjoyed our time at the hotel and its location. The staff was awesome, and the breakfast options were excellent. The room that we were in appeared to be a handicapped room, but they told us that it was a standard room. We did not really enjoy that room and requested a change, but there were none available. Other than that, the place was very enjoyable.

We paid extra for a deluxe king room which was supposed to have a new view, but that didn’t. Our view was an old dirty roof. Our bathroom door could not be closed because then it would get super stuck! Breakfast was great tho!

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay. It’s minutes from the Wharf. It was immaculate, the staff were all incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was the best we have had. We highly recommend this hotel. The gas fireplaces outside were also very enjoyable at night. If you need a car rental there is one a block away. Excellent location.
