"Downtown Burbank, with plenty of dining options and a shopping mall, is all within a few blocks of the hotel. There's plenty of parking, albeit just under $30 a day, and the traffic getting in and out of the parking garage is minimal. Plus the hotel is right off the freeway. There is a train that passes the hotel and you can hear its horn, but it was not noticeable at night. The pool is small, but heated. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is great, convenient to the tourist attractions and restaurants in DTLA. We love the Japanese shops and restaurants which is just nearby the hotel. The rooms is clean and spacious (Japanese toilet seat is a plus!) The check in is quick. Hotel staff are polite and friendly. Facilities are nice though limited, we love the cafe and the gym. However if you have a car , valet parking is a bit expensive. "

"We stayed here to go to Universal Studios, and it was perfect. A 12-minute uber to the park was convenient, and the price matched how much time we spent in our room. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and it has everything you need. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it’s limited. The one in the hotel is 21 , which isn’t great for families. I would definitely stay there again, although I did miss having in-room coffee to start my day."
