I was disappointed the moment I walked into the room. The lobby area and the outside of the hotel seemed really nice, but the rooms did not look like the pictures. We were woken up by our next room neighbors, since the walls are apparently very thin. The carpet looked old and not clean. The blinds in our room had dirty spots and were extremely old looking. Room was spacious. I was just overall disappointed, since I chose the Hyatt Regency over other hotel chains.

The Room Dash and Becket restaurant have really delicious food! And quick service. We called for dinner in our room. Were td 30-50 minutes. It arrived in 20 minutes!Yay! We had the quesadillas, quinoa salad, and pineapple upside down dessert. They were delicious!
