“Stayed for 2 nights in a Comfy Cabin room over a weekend. I had emailed beforehand, asking for a room with a bath and this was honoured. Room was nice and large-ish for a hotel of this size. The decorations were quaint and thought was definitely put into the wall pictures and decor. Bathroom was great, with large bath and separate shower. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked. Customer service was 5*. Thanks ”

“When I arrived I was a little concerned about road noise, but I needn't have worried, the Hotel was lovely and quiet inside. The staff where incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food was great, room was great, bar was great... What more can I say!”

“Good location, just 50m or so from the Quay front, great staff allround, but room was ok, but adequate only, for price charged. Dog friendly, which was critical for us, but £10 surcharge charged. Lack of hotel parking wasn't too much of an issue as large multistorey within c.400m, but does add any £10 cost to the visit”

“Staff we amazing - hospitable, friendly and really accommodating. They had great recommendations for the local area, the room was a great size for four people, and it was extremely clean. Great amenities available, and lovely surrounding area for food, pubs, and good vibes. Will definitely be returning here when I next visit!”

"항공사 평생회원일정도로 많은 출장과 여행을 다녀서 호텔에 대한 기대치는 많이 낮습니다. 별의 별 나라를 다 다녀서. 그렇지만 이곳이 가장 다시오고 싶지않은 곳임 1. 유리벽을 사이로 타인과 눈을 마주치고 싶지않다. 2. Receptionist가 아주 무례하다. Lady "C" 넌 참 거짓말도 잘하는 구나! 3. Amenities는 들고 다니세요. 나이든 중년 냄새가 납니다. 4. 곰팡이 냄새나고 heater를 틀어도 첫번째 밤은 추위에 떨어야 합니다"

Mixed Experience with Classic Accommodation

"It was a classic accommodation situated in the heart of Eastbourne Pier. The relatively affordable price came with its fair share of advantages. Appearing to cater to a senior clientele, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and stable. However, the service from the staff was not exceptional. When I requested improvements regarding excessive noise from the neighboring guest, the staff responded with a rather closed-off attitude, stating, 'The law in this country allows for music to be played until 11 PM.' I understand, but that's the same in my country too!!! However, the noise from that guest was truly excessive. Shortly after, another hotel staff member came directly to the room to politely address the issue, probably because of continued complaints from other guests."
