“It's a unique experience as far as contactless facilities go and it's definitely for the better! Everything from booking to check-out was smooth and convenient. The room was more updated than anticipated and the view of Lake Superior is breathtaking. A highly recommended stay.”

“We booked a suite. There was dirt on the floor and the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. There were lipstick marks on the glasses and the silverware had food on it.
