"Staff need to be nicer with locals, one of your staff was scolding a old Lybian man for resting his feet on the clutch. The man seemed to have problem walking and he Carrie’s with him a small chair. Also the food gets tiring. I paid for 4 nights and ended up staying 3. There was no Wi-Fi in the room lots of flies in the lobby."

"we like all the people there, since the staff in the restaurant till the animators... we’re a little afraid of what would we find there but it surprised us. A very kindly city with everyone so nice, a dreamy place!!! However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate.
