The location is close to the beach and to the touristy areas yet isolated enough to enjoy a certain calmness in the area. "Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. "Expedia says this is a smoke free property - this is NOT TRUE. There is a hookah bar inside as part of the main lobby bar area. Food was pretty solid. It's definitely hotel buffet food, but there was some very good dishes at each meal. If you're on half board (not all inclusive) they make you pay for water in the restaurant - it makes sense but feels a bit stingy. "After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. "The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "
