Also, would NOT recommend going to Airlie Beach during what they call the wet season...Jan-Mar. It rained every day...our flights were cancelled; the entire airport was closed cuz the roads in were flooded...apparently a regular event there. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Daydream Island. The staff are fantastic and the food was very good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The island is a really beautiful spot with crystal clear blue waters, fantastic pool areas, and the living reef really gives you the full experience of being at The Great Barrier Reef. There are plenty of activities on the island as well as trivia nights, bingo, and outdoor cinema. There are many tour options leaving Daydream Island daily for those who want to...

“The team were great - very friendly and attentive. The vibe of the resort is lovely - small and intimate with amazing food through breakfast/lunch/dinner. Their tour to whitsundays is worth every penny and they cater for everything to make it enjoyable and comfortable. Would highly recommend!”
