"We have stayed at the Cliff House several times over the years, and this last visit was great, as always. You can't beat the view overlooking the ocean (every room has a view). Dinner at the Shoals restaurant on the premises was very good, (although a bit pricey, but worth every penny). The Cliff House isn't fancy, but it's clean, quiet, affordable, and the location is amazing. We will be back! "

"absolutely loved this stay, mind you not only is it affordable but the bed and pillows were so comfortable. i needed a place to stay for the night since i was on a work trip from LA made it up to Orcutt and by the time i came down the mountain i was drained. "I was perfect. Staff and employees were exemplary. The reason I gave a low rating for service is that it was impossible to contact the front desk after I returned home to request a receipt. AI or phone tree hell. I gave up. I recommend always provide an easy way to speak to a real person. "

"Brisas Del Mar was the perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara! We loved having access to the free bikes so that we could sight see easily, the lobby had SO many amenities and a free breakfast, and the rooms were super cute with great beds! The dvd players were an extra nice touch as well :) my only complaint was the early cut off for the hot tub. We had a nice dinner and wanted to use the pool facility, and found out it closes at 10 or 11pm. I understand for safety they shut it down at night, but it should still be accessible with a precursor to swim at your own risk. Other than that, can’t wait to come back!!! "
