Benny is extremely friendly and gave us tips on where to go for food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bruges. "Spent two nights here while attending the passchendaele 100 memorial events and I was pleasantly surprised how large and comfortable the room was, especially the bathroom which was huge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of good quality coffee hot croissant's and fruit bread. We booked an evening meal on the second night and it really was fantastic, the locally produced steak was cooked to perfection and cray fish starters were delicious. "The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though. The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit). We went down to the spa once and didn’t go back. I would still return, but would give the spa a miss and so wouldn’t book here if the spa is a big...
