"No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays."

"This property was excellent. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was delish and perfect for travellers. The host was very friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful. To stay in a property that was originally build in 1700s just added to our perfect adventures in Bruges. Thank you! "

"Choose the grand double room which going by the images we were put in the standard room. Free Parking which was one of my key requirements turned out not to be free, but 15e per day. Wi-Fi password changed on the 2nd night without warning which was extremely frustrating as we needed it for planning and Netflix. Don’t know why they would do this. All in, quite unsatisfactory. "We are a family of four with teenage sons. Looking for somewhere to stay while travelling from North Germany to Calais shuttle and this spot was exactly right. What an amazing discovery! An old, converted farm done up brilliantly into a B & B. Family run. We had the only family room which came with a kitchen and dining area, not something we expected. Our host was fantastic and could not be more helpful. Ample breakfast included, even for a starving teenager! I will definitely stay here again...

"Great location, it’s a 15 min walk to old central Bruges. The room is a little small, but comfortable, although some nicer pillows would be good. Be aware the walk up is steep and narrow, like so many European rooms. The breakfast part is a little pricey but nice, I think if you book it in advance you can save a few$. The parking is close, but it’s a tight fit in the garage for anything small suv size or bigger. Overall a great stay."

"The location is extremely close to all beautiful attractions. Walking distance to malls and historical places; chocolate shops. The stairs are so sharp and our room was on 4 th floor. I made a booking almost 1 month ahead and I am almost 60 years old. I asked them to give us a lower level room. No availability. And the toilet was outside. Make sure you don’t get the 4 th level."

"When you travel, and it's not "other peoples' money", you like to find good value. This little hotel is excellent value. You can even get an omelet or fried egg with your included breakfast. The owner is welcoming and gracious. I happened to use the desk and wifi and they worked very well. "

Class at The Hoxton, Brussels!!

"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!"
