The Vault, a bar in the hotel, had great music and atmosphere, though it was a bit pricey, and we enjoyed going there for a drink at night to just enjoy the music. If i had one complaint, it would be that the painting in the room was a bit creepy…it reminded me of clowns."

As expected, the hotel at this time of the year was busier than normal and that must have had an impact on the room service as that was inconsistent. Apart from that, happy with the overall service and was pleased to see that they had "Rituals" shampoo and shower gel in the room, that was definitely a plus. "

"This hotel had a rarity in Europe....a comfortable bed. The room was quiet and of a very good size. The shower was large and had great hot water. The AC kept the room quite cold during the heatwave. The elevator was also great to have. The staff was superb! The breakfast was good and even had made to order eggs. Great location to walk to old town. The area was quiet and seemed quite safe.
