"Good stay but the 5-star hotel does not feel like a 5-star. Opening the room door with the key card is a hit and miss process (it opens eventually). The shower door does not close properly. The light in the room is not as bright as some would wish for. Otherwise Capsa is a good choice for a nice hotel as central as possible in Bucharest."

"I paid for room with 366 sg feet and I received first, one room with 248 sg feet. After discussion with the person from Reception I rcvd a room with 366 sg feet. In the room, the temperature was very low, the equipment for heating almost not exist. "

I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"

"This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. "
