"My shower had no seat or grab rails to hang on to when washing feet etc. Easy to slip for seniors like me. Also very difficult to turn on shower without getting sprayed with hot or cold water due to sliding glass panel next to shower control locked/immobile. However staff very understanding/helpful and worked to resolve the shower issue, All in all a very pleasant stay. "

This time, I opted for the Junior Suite since we had had a stressful trip thus far. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable and the room service was timely.
