we had minor issues with the room we were in. Drain plugs were not working properly, had to pull them out to drain the water. Not all power outlets worked. Screen on porch didnt open up. and ceiling fan wasnt running properly (sounded like metal rubbing}

First of all,they don’t take cash at all. Second when we got to our room the couch was literally missing a cushion! We contacted them and said they would bring one the next day. We woke up and the master bathroom shower had no hot water so all 6 of us had to use one bathroom which the point of staying there was having two bathrooms. Check out is at 10am so we were rushed. While we were getting dressed, a staff member rang the doorbell and walked in without giving anyone even a second to answer the door! After that the unit below us was complaining of a leak coming from our unit and they wanted to come in our unit while we had someone in the shower! Completely unacceptable all around for $220 for one night!

We had smoke in our area and hoped to escape that odor, but it was at The Powhatan too...possibly no reason to have left home. Smoke was was from a Williamsburg fire at The Outlets, encompassing a very large area.
