"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"The Mona Hotel was a nice, cozy, and vibrant hotel. The reason why we gave it (4) stars and not (5) is not really a big deal but when we lounged in the lounge area it was quite dirty at times. We would look at the front staff sitting there with no customers waiting to be checked in and we thought to ourselves that maybe they could attend the coffee & popcorn area and tidy up a bit. "We stayed for a week and found the location to be really convenient as we didn’t have a car and were walking or using trains and buses. Hotel is really close to a nice CooP in the underground shopping mall which was handy for snacks etc. Didn’t try the breakfast in the hotel as it was quite expensive. Our welcome was good and no issues with our room which was very quiet on the 5th floor. One thing to note if travelling from another country is to check your travel adapter works in Switzerland.
