"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. "10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"Okay but...Biggest issue was absolutely no covering on the window. Had to drape a blanket over it at night. Slightly noisy outside and inside from other tenants. Never was able to turn the tv on but didn't really need it. The heater was at the far end of the apartment from the bed so had to turn it up high to warm the bed area. Very tight shower cubicle."

"Great rooms! Everything is brand new and room is large compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Location is great with a bus line to any major attraction within a 3-4 minute walk. Owner was super helpful with self check-in direction, gave great directions to get to the rooms, and even helped book a taxi back to the airport."

"the staff are very helpful and friendly. Asia assisted me in planning my trip to the city, giving me a map and suggesting how to plan my day. the staff in the restaurant are excellent too. Francesco gives suggestion of what food I should try. Paolini checks if I was enjoying my meals. They want to ensure that I enjoy my stay in the hotel."

"Excellent hotel close to Rome Airport. Great restaurant in the hotel. Quiet, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. It’s a bit hard to find the spot to pick up the shuttle at the airport. That is my only negative comment."

"Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son. "

"The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto. "
