Upper Marlboro, Maryland hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"I mistakenly booked a room with disability access but when I asked the agent to assist and switch, she told me I must use the room I booked. I ended up using the room but I felt like it was taking out of inventory a room for someone who might really need it. Additionally, the previous guest might have had a dog in the room which is why I had so much dog hairs on my socks and there strategic discolorations on one part of the carpet in the room. Other than that my experience was excellent with perfect location, quiet, and good price. "

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Diamond at the front desk was outstanding, and gave us the best service. She was able to accommodate our room early upon for early check-in, and gave us amazing food and drink recommendations. "The staff were friendly and nice. The decor of the hotel was upscale, chic and had a modern and contemporary feel that was awesome and really had an appeal that made you want to explore all that the hotel had to offer. The uniqueness of the hotel was unlike any other "

"Great location- easy walking to the National Mall, Monuments, Museums and the Wharf. Breakfast at the Capital Bistro onsite was delicious and the Starbucks inside made for a quick grab and go snack option. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the fire alarm went off about midnight one night but thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate."

"Although lacks of onsite parking, it’s close to metro and other type of transportation. Walking distance to White House and restaurants. Also there are garage parking options in the area. Room with kitchenette was spacious and comfortable. Downside, didn’t provide a sink and you can hear the outside noises. Other than that very convenient place to stay and will consider again in the future. "
