I can’t remember one of the gentlemen name, but he went out of his way to help us with requests and accommodations. "We were a family of two adults and two kids who stayed at this hotel for three days. The hotel is new and beautiful, the employees are super kind and helpful and speak multiple languages, including Japanese, Spanish, and English, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Coin laundry on site was super helpful. Note that Ueno is about a 30 minute Metro ride from some of the more popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya, but that also means less craziness!"

"Love that they have a wash/dryer. Fits a family of five. Very spacious. Bed and pillow might be firm if you sleep on soft bed. It was good for us because we prefer firm. Very quiet. Very Clean. Breakfast is okay. It’s good that they do have breakfast. Contain pastries and soup. Choice of coffee tea and matcha. Most transportation are around the corner or a few blocks away. "I definitely loved the location, close to Okachimachi station, 4 min walk to Ginza station, about 15 min walk to Akihabara. Ueno shopping was crazy busy, food is always top notch. Hotel was perfect for a family of 4, washer/dryer combo in the room gave us more room in the luggage to bring gifts home. There is a cool and very traditional town in Ueno that was filled with Temple and Shrines. Amazing trip, we are already planning our next adventure because we didn't get to do everything we wanted....
