"Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Hotel is nice however we had heating issues with our shower and close to non-existent Wifi or phone signal in our room (apparently their routers don’t work well with Apple products?). Breakfast buffet had many offerings however as delicious as they looked unfortunately it didn’t deliver in taste. Still a pleasant stay at Soto Grande though as their customer service made up for it."

"What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. "I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"
