"Whenever we visit the Philippines, we stay at Camp John Hay. We feel safe here. I like the fact that they have Drivers’ Quarters. They do need to provide face, hand towels and a box of kleenex. Their staff are courteous. "

"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...

"This is a hidden gem close to the two big hotels - I only comment I have is that there’s no name in front of the property- being in an unfamiliar place @night, GPS cell too slow or non existent- we passed the property twice - small sign might have helped "

"Unfortunately I wanted to love this place as I enjoy discovering boutique hotels all over the world. Upon arriving to our hallway of our room there was a musty strong odor but I realized it was just probably the hallway carpet as there is alot of traffic in and out. We dropped off our belongings and came back in the evening and the bathroom reeked with some odor that I felt was coming in from the pipes. The sink water was was not going down.
