"Beautiful property. My room view was amazing. Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. "I was in Tulum alone for a few days as I needed to catch a later flight than my friends. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Clean and comfortable room that was pleasantly decorated and a great view of the sea. They even provide paddle boards and canoes. I felt very safe and the WiFi was great for me to get work done. The staff were so so wonderful. The only reason four and not five stars is because the food was just ok - definitely not bad. I did come during low season though. "
