Rental car will go a long way to help avoid taxis. The cenote within walking distance was great. There are like 5 restaurants all within walking distance and each were nice if you dont rent a car"

We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there.
