"Staff were really really welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and everything I needed. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a super hot day. The communal hallways leading to the room I would say are in need of painting and re-carpeting. I can't comment on the pub food/drinks as I didn't use but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay again."

"Very nicely located. Water pressure in the shower was good. The room was not too spacious for 3 adults. The hotel has 2 elevators but only one was working. That caused issues in the morning when people was going to eat breakfast or check in out."

"Stayed with family (with a teen and a tween) for bank holiday. Great location for transport, restaurants, West End plays. Book for the pool but it wasnt overcrowded as a result and kids loved it. Food was ver good, both room service and the breakfast. Staff were really helpful and delivered excellent customer service. "

"It is an excellent little hotel in one of my favourite areas in South West London. There was some building work carried out during my stay which meant that some of the facilities were unavailable hence my 4 star at this category."
