"Stayed in twin room with a friend, first Room 3028 was not suitable for sharing in my opinion. The room was very small, the twin beds pushed together because there was not enough room to separate them, shower room with toilet was on the side with a sliding door about 2 feet from the one of the beds which meant the toilet was approx 3 feet or so away when sleeping or resting. The sliding door gave no privacy. I would suggest this room is a single room only because of this issue. We asked to be...

"The Gainsborough is located in a very nice, clean, upscale area, and is a very short walk to the South Kensington Underground station. The staff is courteous and accommodating property is very clean and cozy."
