"My family of 4 loved staying here! The 2 bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a balcony and beautiful view of the bay. The salted warm water pool was refreshing every morning and the pool area vibe was cool. We enjoyed the restaurant at the pool area as well. Would definitely come back again. "

"Very nice hotel, everything was clean and staff was friendly. We booked for 5 people and when we got to our room it wasn’t set up for 5 we had to go down and ask for bedding for the pullout and a rollaway bed to be brought up which took over an hour. I would however try and find a way to put more light in the jr suite we had to use our phones for light. The beach is cut in half because they have it fenced off for a special event which we weren’t told about. The kids wished the volleyball courts in the pictures were actually close to the hotel they were quite a ways down and we didn’t end up using them. We didn’t like that the only option was to pay $55 per day valet or pay crazy parking thru the city which didn’t include over night parking. We had items taken that my daughter set outside the room for enough time to take elevator to lobby and back up in less then 4 minutes right before that the room next to us yelled and swore at my 2 daughters/11 and 12 for knocking on our door, so we assume they took her stuff also but no proof so hotel couldn’t do anything. We didn’t eat on site the prices were a little high for us so we went to Dicks last resort because I had a Groupon for it that was a hoot! We also walked down to the food markets one day which was decent not far at all. All in all I was a little worried about reviews I read but we didn’t have any issues that wasn’t able to be fixed by the friendly staff and everything looks kept up pretty good. "

"Joy and Ann Marie at the front desk were nothing short of amazing!! Friendly and courteous. When we encountered an issue with our room they didn’t hesitate to act! They remembered our names throughout or stay and were even there to see us off when we left. If we get the chance to visit again, we will stay here because of them!!"
