"I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport. However, the "free" airport shuttle service was extremely unreliable. When I called the hotel, the staff informed me that the shuttle operated on-demand. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally giving up and ordering an Uber to get to the hotel. "Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Made popcorn and gave bottled water to guests for free. Breakfast has real waffles, cereals, and eggs, as well as the usual continental buffet. Really great bang for the buck, especially when traveling for business-- it has all of the modern ammenities"
