"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. "The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had several options that you can choose from. We like the area because it was quiet. My husband and I love to walk so it was not a problem for us walking to Shinjuku train station and taking the trains from there. There was also a bus right outside our hotel that takes you to Shibuya which was really convenient."
